A closed-door general body meeting was held by the president, Rtn. Majid Hussain to present the service project roadmap and subscription fee structure for the RY Year 2026-2027. The president also updated the club with the service projects completed before the general body meeting. On the same day morning, on 9th July 2026, we conducted an Antenatal Care Camp for pregnant women, and the inauguration of Maternal and Child Health Month was done at the camp in the presence of our Assistant Governor, Club members, doctors, support staff, and patients. After the presentation by the president, the floor was open for discussion to the club members. During this open floor discussion, members got their questions and doubts cleared, and a general agreement was achieved among club members on the presented service projects and subscription fee structure. This meeting was held at SMS Rotary Service Centre, and the weekly lucky Rotarian draw was won by Rtn. Mootha Ramachandran
